Youth Cricket Academy

All the coaches have more than the necessary credentials, and patience, to coach at the YCA (at least a Level 2 coaching certificate) and all coaches have prior coaching experience. They will all be young coaches who are still playing top club cricket, and therefore will be able to instill their own keenness for the game into the young cricketers they coach. Each group will have the same coach for each lesson during a term as far as possible, but if their coach cannot make a lesson, a suitable replacement will coach the group for that lesson.
